Path 1: Comprehensive

I am creating a new EPD

The optimal path. We combine the declaration creation process with on-site verification during your scheduled annual FPC audit.

LCA Preparation: Consultant develops the model.

Integrated Audit: The verifier joins your FPC/ISO audit (or it's the same auditor).

Single Issuance: You receive the EPD with the CPR 3+ Verified™ mark.

Path 2: Upgrade

I have an EPD, I want CPR 3+

Fast track for holders of valid EPDs. We rely on "Gap Analysis".

Submit Documents: LCA Report + ISO/FPC Certificates.

Gap Analysis: We check missing evidence (e.g. green energy proof).

Targeted Verification: Remote or short on-site check. Issue of EPD+ Annex.

Validity & Surveillance Cycle

Standard EPDs are static for 5 years. EPD+ is dynamic, linked to your active management systems.

Synchronization Rule

The EPD+ mark remains valid as long as your underlying FPC / ISO certificates are active. If your ISO 14001 certificate expires or is withdrawn, the verification status in the Registry is automatically suspended.

Annual Maintenance (Low Burden)

Unlike full LCA recalculation, EPD+ requires only a simple Annual Declaration during your standard surveillance audit: "No significant changes to energy mix or suppliers."
